ESDC provides evidence-based comprehensive education for all levels of care services.
Essential Skills for Dementia Care™ (ESDC) is authored by Aging Life Care Manager & Dementia Educator, Tammy Pozerycki, MA, BC-DEd, CDCL, CADDCT, CFRDT, CDP, COTP. ESDC. Tammy is nationally accredited through the National Institute for Dementia Education (NIDE). Upon completion of the course, you will earn your credentials as a Certified Dementia Care Partner (CDCP).

You must attend the entire training to be considered for credentialing so plan commute to assure timely arrival. Arrival to Clear Guidance on the day of the training is 7:45am
You are encouraged to dress comfortably & casually
You will be provided lunch please alert us of any food allergies or preferences
Re-certification with updated research-based curriculum every two years
