Consulting & Life Care Management
Ph.D. Led Practice
Our founder has a doctorate in Gerontology and more than two decades of experience in elder care, dementia care and working with younger disabled populations. She has particular expertise in working with families experiencing atypical and young onset dementias. Dr. Pilcher is not only the owner of Clear Guidance, but also provides personal consultation on every case.
Many Care Management solutions use a templated approach. We believe it’s far more impactful to solve immediate issues to ease the pain a family is experiencing. Then we can move on to solutions to broader issues and future hurdles.
Clear Direction & Navigation
After receiving a diagnosis or evaluation, many families feel lost about how to proceed and what to expect. That is where our direction can help. We meet the families we work with where they are in the journey. Our team can come in at the beginning of the process or as a point-in-time consultant, no matter how complex the diagnosis.
Outside the box solutions are our specialty. When we work with a family, we look at the big picture so we are able to incorporate resources and therapies and give caregivers tools to manage difficult behaviors or symptoms.
Clear Guidance provides a deep bench of highly educated and trained experts. The Clear Guidance Team has special expertise and focus on working with families that are facing issues around cognitive impairment, dementia and mental health diagnoses.
